About the Project:
Nexus is a conceptual service designed to address a common social issue faced by young adults—building and maintaining meaningful friendships. Aimed at 18 to 20-something-year-olds, Nexus creates a space where individuals can step out of their comfort zones and form lasting connections. By designing a personalized experience, Nexus matches users with similar interests and schedules group activities that foster mutual connections, making the friendship process fun and natural.
Through extensive research, I identified key themes and patterns such as shared hobbies, mutual work ethic, humor, and past experiences, which drive connection and understanding. Nexus uses these insights to create an environment where getting to know new people feels less intimidating and more enjoyable.
